Returns
Personalised Items
Due to the custom nature of personalised products, we do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind.
If a personalised item is accidentally damaged or broken in transit, Vibeartz will either provide a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the circumstances.
Non‑Personalised Items
Items that are not customised or personalised (for example, items from our non‑personalised ranges) may be returned if you believe they do not match the item description.
Conditions for return:
The item must be returned at the customer’s expense
The item must be in new, unused condition
All original tags must be attached
The item must be free from damage and returned in its original packaging
Proof of purchase is required
Please inspect your items as soon as you receive them. If you wish to return a non‑personalised item, you must contact us via email within 14 days of receiving the item.
We offer a 30‑day return window for non‑personalised items, meaning you have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected by Vibeartz, any approved refund will be processed to your original payment method or nominated bank account within five (5) business days.
Please note:
Photos are taken of all items prior to packaging and dispatch
Refunds are assessed on a case‑by‑case basis and remain at the discretion of Vibeartz
Damages and Issues
Order details are confirmed in your invoice or checkout receipt. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all details are correct before completing payment, including but not limited to:
Sizes
Materials
Colours
Spelling and wording
Design selections
Turnaround or wait times
If you notice an error or issue, please contact us immediately at info@vibeartz.com, and we will do our best to assist.
Photos are taken of all products and packaging before dispatch. Upon receiving your order, please inspect it against your receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can assess and resolve the issue.
For items that arrive with damaged packaging or contents, Vibeartz must be contacted within 48 hours of delivery. This allows us to lodge a claim with Australia Post within the required timeframe. You may be asked to present the item and packaging at an Australia Post outlet for inspection.
Please retain all original packaging in case a return or claim is required.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned:
Personalised or custom‑made products
Sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
Personal care items
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before purchasing.
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive a different item is to return the original item (if eligible). Once your return is approved, you may place a new order separately.
European Union – 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason.
Returned items must:
Be unused and unworn
Have all tags attached
Be in original packaging
Include proof of purchase
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card providers may take additional time to finalise the refund.
